Size a portrait to a cited government profile, then review it yourself. This is not a guarantee of acceptance.

Your photo is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to our server. Always compare the result with the official page for that document.
What is a passport photo maker?
It crops and resizes a portrait to a published width, height, and background note. DevNestro only lists profiles that cite an official page and a last-checked date. It does not promise that an office will accept the file.
How to use it
- Choose a country, then a document. Read the notes and open the official source.
- Upload a recent JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP portrait (max 20 MB).
- Align the face to the guide with zoom, drag, and rotate. Reset if you get lost.
- Inspect the warnings. Download an exact-size JPG or PNG, or a 4×6 inch or A4 sheet with several copies.
FAQ
Is this guaranteed to be accepted?
No. Every export is marked Needs Review. Clerks and automated checks decide.
Why are only a few countries listed?
Unverified sizes are omitted on purpose. A short official list is safer than a hundred guessed millimetres.
Does this remove the background with AI?
No. You can keep the original background or try a simple white or light fill from the edges. Inspect the hairline yourself.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Sizing stays in your browser.
Can I print several copies?
Yes. The 4×6 inch and A4 sheets place multiple copies at the profile’s physical size.
What about Canada or the UK and digital edits?
Those offices may reject digitally altered photos. Prefer crop and size only, and read the linked rules.
Read the original guide: Size a portrait to a published passport rule, then review it yourself.
