These terms govern use of DevNestro’s websites and utilities. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For copyright or abuse reports, see Contact (hello@devnestro.com).
The service
DevNestro provides free tools for formatting, encoding, generating, converting, summarizing, and related everyday tasks. Features can change, pause, or go away without notice. There is no service-level commitment in this version.
Your input
You are responsible for the text and files you submit. Do not paste secrets, credentials, or other material you are not allowed to process. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use. File Share stores a copy on this web app’s disk for 24 hours; do not share files you are not allowed to distribute.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service. Do not use the tools to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to generate or distribute malware. Automated scraping that degrades the site is not allowed.
File Share and Secure Notes are temporary helpers for people who already have a right to the material. They are not a public file dump. Do not use them for malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material, or files you do not have the right to distribute. We may delete content and links when we receive a complete abuse or copyright notice.
Optional AI
PDF translation and optional AI summaries use an endpoint and model that you configure. Output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe to ship without review. You are responsible for that configuration, for any provider fees, and for what you do with the result.
Advertising
Public pages may show Google ads. You must not click ads as a way to “support the site,” ask others to click ads, or use software that generates fake clicks or impressions. Ads are not shown on private File Share download pages or Secure Note reading pages.
Intellectual property
DevNestro retains its rights in the product name, design, and software. You retain your rights in the material you paste or upload. Generated output is yours to use, subject to these terms and to any rights in the source material. To report alleged copyright infringement of hosted files or notes, email hello@devnestro.com with the URL and a description of the work.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is.” DevNestro does not warrant that results are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Checker tools do not guarantee that a message, file, or website is safe. To the extent the law allows, DevNestro is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or other damages that arise from using or not being able to use the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when that happens. If you keep using DevNestro after an update, the new terms apply.
