Do all checks run on every file?
No. The pipeline picks checkers that apply to the detected type. Video audio/subtitle checks are best-effort when the browser can decode the file.
Does zero Critical mean safe to publish?
No. It only means no critical heuristics matched. Prefer “no obvious Critical issues detected.”
