Process a folder of images without opening each one
Holiday folders and product catalogs waste an evening when every file needs the same width, WebP conversion, and EXIF strip. Opening Image Compressor one hundred times is the wrong loop. A batch toolkit that reuses the existing resizer, compressor, converter, metadata cleaner (canvas redraw), renamer tokens, and ZIP export keeps algorithms in one place.
Why this is worth doing in the browser
DevNestro’s Batch Image Toolkit accepts a configurable maximum near 100 images. Combine Resize, Compress, Convert, Rename, Rotate, and Remove Metadata. Processing yields to the UI between files and works with Blob/ArrayBuffer payloads rather than Base64. The result list shows filename, status, original size, and new size; failed rows retry individually. ZIP uses the same store-only zipper as PDF to JPG and File Renamer.
How to use the tool
Select images, tick the operations you need, set max width or quality, process, retry failures, then download the ZIP. Related single-file tools remain for one-off edits.
- Start with a small batch to verify quality before 100 files.
- Rename templates support {name}, {number}, {index}, and {ext}.
- Metadata removal happens when pixels are redrawn to a new file.
- Originals on disk are never overwritten.
