Chart a CSV without pasting into a heavy BI suite
A quick bar chart should not require a full analytics workspace. Pasting numbers into slideware loses the source file. Spreadsheet parsers already exist on DevNestro for Data Cleaner; Chart Maker reuses that SheetJS path, then renders with Chart.js only when you open this tool.
Why this is worth doing in the browser
Workflow: upload → select sheet → preview rows → choose X and Y → pick a supported chart → render → export PNG, SVG, or PDF through the shared download helpers. Pie and doughnut appear when a single numeric series fits; scatter requires numeric X and Y. Sort and Top N trim noisy tails. Clean Data First links to the Data Cleaner. Inappropriate chart types stay disabled when columns cannot support them.
How to use the tool
Drop a CSV or XLSX, pick the sheet and axes, render, then export. Clean messy headers in Data Cleaner first if duplicates or blanks confuse the axes.
- Confirm numeric columns before expecting pie or scatter.
- Large sheets preview a subset; cap Top N for readable pies.
- SVG export embeds the rasterized chart image for portability.
- Nothing is uploaded; CDN libraries load only when needed.
Privacy
Parsing and charting run in your browser. Spreadsheets are not uploaded to DevNestro.
