Fix shouting text and messy titles in one pass
Nothing looks less finished than a heading in accidental ALL CAPS, or a title that was pasted from an email and still has the original shouting. Rewriting case by hand is slow and you will miss a word. A case converter is the five-second cleanup that makes a list, a heading, or a product name look deliberate.
Why this is worth doing in the browser
Imported CSVs, scanned OCR, and Slack forwards arrive in whatever case the last person used. Designers need Title Case for a nav. Developers need lowercase for a slug. Support teams need Sentence case for a reply that should not look angry. The DevNestro Case Converter switches the same block of text into the form you need without a trip through a word processor.
How to use the tool
Paste the messy string, pick the case that matches the destination, and copy the result. Use Title Case for headings, Sentence case for body copy, and lowercase when you are preparing a URL fragment or a tag. If the list also has duplicate lines, clean case first so duplicates actually match.
- Paste the full block, including lines you think are already fine.
- Choose the case that the destination style guide actually uses.
- Skim names and acronyms; converters cannot know that NASA should stay NASA.
- Copy the output and, if needed, run Remove Duplicate Lines next.
Privacy
The conversion happens in the current page session. DevNestro does not keep a folder of your headings, and no login is required.
Stop retyping a title because one word was still uppercase. Open the Case Converter, pick the style, and paste something that looks like you meant it.
