FAQ
Is the comparison case sensitive?
Yes, until you turn on Ignore case. With that option, Apple and apple count as the same line.
Are blank lines treated as duplicates?
Only if you leave them in and they repeat. Turn on Remove blank lines to drop them instead of counting them as duplicates.
