The list and photos stay in IndexedDB on this device if you save. They are not uploaded. Spreadsheet export uses the same lazy Excel library as Data Cleaner. API: None.
How to list a home
- Add rooms, then add items to the selected room.
- Optional photos stay in this browser, not in LocalStorage.
- Save locally, then export CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PDF.
- Treat estimates as your own numbers, not a valuation.
FAQ
Is this an insurance valuation?
No. Totals are the numbers you typed. They are not a replacement-cost or claim figure.
Where are photos stored?
In IndexedDB on this device, and only if you add a photo and save. They are not put in LocalStorage.
Can I restore a backup?
Yes. Export JSON, then paste it into Import. Photos are not inside the JSON backup.
Is CSV safe in Excel?
Cells that look like formulas are prefixed. Negative quantities are not used.
Is the list uploaded?
No. Nothing is sent to DevNestro or to analytics as content.
