Combine the PDFs before you send one attachment
Schools, offices, and clients still want one PDF. You have a scan, a form, and a covering letter. Desktop tools want licenses; cloud mergers want the documents. Merging in the browser keeps the files on the machine that already has them.
Why this is worth doing in the browser
The DevNestro Merge PDF tool combines files locally, lets you reorder and remove, and downloads one PDF. It will not OCR a scan. It will not magically shrink a 200 MB merge — compress images before you merge if size matters. Split PDF is the inverse when one packet should become many.
How to use the tool
Drop the PDFs, order them, remove extras, and download. Use JPG to PDF if some of the sources are still photos.
- Put files in the order the reader should see them.
- Remove blank scans before you merge.
- Check the download page-by-page once; merge bugs are cheaper to catch locally.
- Name the download something a recipient will understand.
Privacy
Merge runs in your browser. PDFs are not uploaded to DevNestro for this tool.
Send one file, not a chain of attachments. Open Merge PDF, stack the documents, and download the packet.
