A scannable card that anyone with a camera can read
A paper ICE card in a wallet is useful until it is outdated. A QR code is easy to reprint. It is also easy to over-share. Anyone who points a camera at that code can read whatever you put in it. That is the point of a contact card and the reason it must not pretend to be an official ID, a medical bracelet, or an insurance form. Default fields are name, phones, email, an emergency contact, address, and a short note. Medical details are not offered as named fields. The code is built in the browser. DevNestro does not store it.
Why this is worth doing in the browser

- Verify the scan before you print.
- Reprint when a phone number changes.
- Cover the card if you would not say the same words out loud.
Privacy
